C++ developer Robotics Job in Barcelona
We are a robotics company developing humanoid service robots. Our goal is to develop humanoids that can perform useful tasks in the real world. We are a young and multidisciplinary team of highly motivated engineers, that have successfully developed several prototypes. Position description :

We're looking for people that can contribute to the development of our robots' framework and Human Machine Interface capabilities. Currently they are able to talk to people, recognize faces and object, grasp objects and navigate at indoor environments. The candidate must be able to integrate multidisciplinary functionalities providing a pragmatic and user-friendly API for third party developers. The salary will be evaluated according to the relevant experience of the candidate, anyway it will never be less that 36.000 euros per year (gross).

The first contract will be 1 year, followed by a second contract with indefinite duration and an increment in salary of 5-15% according to the results achieved.

Requirements :

1) 3/4 years of professional experience on designing OO system with C++.

2) Good command of Design Patterns. Portable, modular, robust, well documented and comprehensively tested code will be demanded.

3) Experience with multi-threading, state machines and open source libraries (ACE, boost, g++, ...) an advantage.

4) Experience with MS Robotics Studio, Urbi/Webots or Player/Stage is a plus.

5) We expect good communication and interpersonal skills, result oriented and ability to implement changes
